## **What Will You Do** As an Estimation Engineer specializing in Fire Protection, you will play a crucial role in delivering budgetary proposals and preparing competitive bids that meet customer requirements during project planning and execution stages. ## ## **How Will You Do It** * Support Consultants, PMCs, EPCs, and End Users by preparing budgetary proposals during the FEED stage. * Manage and organize tender-related files, quotations, and associated documents. * Conduct site surveys, attend bid-clarification meetings, and compile detailed reports. * Review tender documents, seek clarifications, and ensure thorough understanding in collaboration with stakeholders. * Engage with sub-vendors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with company procurement policies. * Estimate costs for products, engineering, labor, and project management, collaborating with internal teams for accuracy. * Prepare risk registers and allocate costs where necessary, ensuring stakeholder approvals are obtained. * Submit structured proposals aligned with customer requirements and company policies. * Participate in techno-commercial negotiations and ensure seamless project handovers to the operations team. * Integrate accountability, safety, integrity, and trust by ensuring all processes adhere to Johnson Controls’ standards. ## ## **What We Look For** * **Education & Experience:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Fire Protection Systems. * **Technical Expertise:** Knowledge of NFPA standards, local codes, ADNOC requirements, and Oil & Gas industry practices. * **Software Proficiency:** Experience with AutoCAD and MS Office Suite. * **Skills & Attributes:** Strong negotiation, vendor management, and effective communication skills. * Proven ability to manage multiple tenders and collaborate with diverse teams.
