Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field), 5+ years of estimating experience, 5+ years of leadership experience, technical expertise in electrical/mechanical systems, ability to interpret drawings, schematics, and specifications, commercial acumen, including cost, margin, and risk evaluation in complex bids, proven ability to deliver under tight deadlines, Process-driven mindset, analytical skills, organizational skills, communication skills, ability to collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, Engineering, Operations)
Nice to Have
estimating experience, preferably in power equipment, electrical utility, modular systems (MDCs), or data center environments, Proficiency in Microsoft Office, estimating familiarity with AutoCAD and SolidWorks
