Minimum twelve months construction site experience, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Knowledge of construction costs, Knowledge of planning and construction project requirements, Ability to read and understand construction plans and documents, Knowledge of another language besides French (English)

Contribute to risk register
Formulate all bid costs
Obtain subcontractor quotes
Lead estimation closing process
Analyze subcontractor proposals
Lead successful transition of estimation documents
Transfer estimation documents to execution teams
Assume responsibilities of estimators
Provide mentorship to estimators
