What You'll Do.
Provide PA support to Estate Manager
Manage diaries and correspondence
Capture daily instructions and file documents
Manage Standard Operating Procedures
Manage project folders
Maintain Estate electronic filing system
Maintain Estate photo archive
Prepare minutes of weekly team meeting
Record keeping of goods in/out
Arrange deliveries of items
Asset verification for Finance
Maintain Dyson Archive storage list
Vehicle Fleet Management
Order refreshments and stationery
Raise and receipting purchase orders
Check credit card claims
Produce maps and plans
Produce statistics at end of each quarter
Save team toolbox talk and inspections
Keep list of Contractors insurance details
Maintain Approved Contractors list
Coordinate Estate wide training
Organise and manage Estate social events
Ensure driving licence information is updated
Ensure Estate noticeboard information is up to date
Update organisational chart
Assist with Estates Archiving Project
Assist with health surveillance
Arrange approved visits to Estate
Contribute to producing annual Estate budget
Ad hoc Health & Safety requirements
Ad hoc Finance administration
Perform any other ad hoc duties
