What You'll Do.

Develops and builds the Estate and Insurance business

Partners with internal business/groups to deliver the client experience and increase market share

profitability and NPS

Builds relationships with business partners and clients

Determines estate and insurance needs

Provides customized professional advice to generate insurance sales

Works with Investment Advisors to obtain referrals and generate life and disability sales

Develops insurance sales strategies

Presents clients with concepts focussed on estate planning/ financial/ retirement

Develops marketing materials to enhance sales concepts

Develop professional seminars for Investment Advisors and their clients

maintains and executes a business plan

Provides exceptional client experience and service

Addresses customer services issues

Develops solutions and makes recommendations

Supports the execution of strategic initiatives

Conducts independent analysis and assessment

Builds effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders

Breaks down strategic problems
