Must Have
Current enrollment in Pharmacy, Administration, Advertising, Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Project Management, International Relations, or related fields, Expected graduation between June 2027 and June 2029, Advanced or fluent English for constant communication, Strong interest in advertising, marketing, campaigns, or communication project support, coordination, or management, Proven organization to track multiple tasks, schedules, meetings, documents, and deliverables simultaneously, Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, Interest in working in pharmaceutical advertising, healthcare, or regulated environments, Clear and professional communication to interact with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and internal partners
Nice to Have
Comfort and enthusiasm using AI as integral part of work, Advanced Spanish for supporting client service and teams in Latin America, Familiarity with Asana, Monday.com, MS Project, or similar platforms, Previous experience with budget tracking, expense reconciliation, or basic financial documentation, Notions of project management methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, or similar
