This role supports the ESS UW & Policy Services team responsible for processing, quality assurance, and escalation management across operational workflows. The team converts inbound work into accurate system updates, resolves exceptions, and ensures quality standards are met so downstream processes can proceed without delay. This role will lead efforts to improve workload visibility, standardize decisioning, and strengthen cross-team coordination to drive more predictable and sustainable outcomes.
