Basic understanding of electrical components, Ability to read simple mechanical and electrical drawings, Prior experience leading or coordinating a production or assembly line, Communication and organizational skills, Working knowledge of quality standards and 5S principles

Experience in energy storage systems, Battery manufacturing experience, Electrical assembly experience, Previous experience as a Line Lead, Previous experience as a Team Lead, Previous experience as a Senior Operator, Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Familiarity with continuous improvement practices
What You'll Do.
Oversee daily production activities
Lead and coordinate daily work
Assign tasks based on production plans
Monitor workflow for smooth operations
Ensure on-time production output
Provide on-the-job guidance
Provide coaching to operators
Provide support to operators
Apply knowledge of electrical components

Read and interpret mechanical drawings

Support operators in understanding work instructions
Support operators in understanding technical requirements

Support engineering changes
