What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5 years of experience, JavaScript and HTML knowledge, Java, C++, PHP or Python knowledge, SQL, data modeling, data analysis experience, Solid knowledge of Internet/Intranet concepts, Health information systems integration experience, Ability to design and write technical documentation, Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver results, Customer-oriented interaction experience, Ability to deliver training and develop training materials, Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, Availability to work outside office hours, University degree or equivalent work experience
Nice to Have
Experience with HL7/FHIR standards, Experience with InterSystems technology, Experience with health systems
What You'll Do.
Coordinate continuous improvement requests
Coordinate new or modified report requests
Advise and support Project Managers
Manage resolution of pending observations
Develop software customizations
Provide technical support for customizations
Provide technical support for problem resolution
Provide technical support for performance analysis
Support and test InterSystems utilities
Prepare technical documentation
Participate in on-site technical implementations
Participate in 24-hour extended support periods
