Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Act as the main reference point for SAP FI/CO governance, ensuring correct parametrization, adherence to business rules, and system consistency across financial processes. Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical SAP specifications, ensuring alignment between finance teams and IT. Document processes, configurations, and system changes while maintaining high-quality functional documentation and knowledge bases. Design test scenarios and support end-to-end validation cycles, including UAT coordination with key business users. Identify process improvement opportunities within financial cycles such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, and general ledger. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper integration between SAP FI/CO and modules such as MM and SD. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. Strong expertise in SAP FI/CO with solid experience in S/4HANA and SAP Fiori navigation. Experience writing detailed business requirement documents (BRD) and functional specifications (FS). Deep understanding of end-to-end financial processes, including accounting, treasury, cash flow, and fixed assets. Knowledge of SAP integration with procurement (MM) and sales (SD) modules. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language. Experience working with stakeholders in complex, cross-functional environments.
