As an ESL teacher / trainer, you will deliver high-quality language, literacy, and numeracy training programs to empower learners and support their vocational and personal goals. This hands-on role involves designing and evaluating training, conducting assessments, and maintaining accurate reporting to meet government contract requirements and national standards. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver engaging and client-focused language, literacy, and numeracy training using adult learning principles and a variety of methodologies. * Conduct diagnostic, formative, and summative assessments, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of client progress. * Design, develop, and validate tools and resources that align with program and learner needs. * Foster learner engagement through real-world, project-based learning and innovative use of technology. * Maintain accurate records of training delivery and ensure compliance with privacy and reporting requirements. * Continuously improve professional knowledge and skills through training, curriculum development, and the adoption of new technologies. ## Qualifications Our ideal candidate is a dedicated educator with a passion for delivering impactful training that enhances learners' skills and opportunities.
