Responsibilities: * Conduct field audits (predominantly outdoor activity) for contractor companies operating on our plant premises; * Ensure strict compliance with safety standards and internal rules, acting as a strong promoter of a safe working environment; * Maintain a firm and consistent approach when identifying non-conformities, demonstrating perseverance and the ability to uphold decisions when necessary; * Apply internal procedures and regulations accurately, with high attention to detail and consistency; * Communicate observations from the field clearly and professionally, and follow up to ensure timely implementation of corrective actions; * Centralize documents collected. ## Qualifications * Enrolled in a university program; * Organized person, responsible, flexible and proactive; * Attention to details; * Good communication skills; * Availability for
