Electrify your future. **About the role** AGL has an exciting opportunity for an experienced **ESG Project Co‑Ordinator** to join our Power Development team, playing a key role in embedding Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) outcomes across our major project pipeline and supporting the delivery of Australia’s energy transition. **Location: **This role is to be based in our **Melbourne office** , with flexible working arrangements available to support work‑life balance. You’ll work closely with project development, sustainability, procurement and construction teams, as well as external partners, to ensure ESG initiatives are effectively integrated across project planning and delivery. You’ll be part of a high-impact team within Power Development, contributing to the delivery of a large-scale renewable and firming pipeline while embedding positive environmental and social outcomes – aligned to AGL’s values of _Bring on tomorrow, Can Do. Be Supportive._ **What you will be doing** * Co‑ordinating the integration of ESG initiatives across a portfolio of development projects, including research, stakeholder engagement and partnership development * Developing and documenting processes, tools and templates to support ESG framework implementation * Balancing priorities across multiple stakeholders
