What You'll Achieve.
Deliver Davy’s ESG data and reporting capability; Translate ESG regulatory requirements into practical, scalable data solutions; Design and build Scope 3 greenhouse gas emissions reporting capability; Develop and drive the ESG roadmap for data and analytics; Ensure regulatory deadlines, data maturity objectives, and business priorities are translated into a clear and structured delivery plan; Ensure appropriate sequencing of regulatory deadlines, data maturity milestones and business priorities; Ensure full traceability from source to published disclosure; Support internal and regulatory requirements; Address inherent data quality challenges; Support improved understanding and effective use of ESG data

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5–7 years’ experience in ESG data, reporting, or sustainability within financial services or asset management, Proven expertise in the measurement of financed emissions, Command of key ESG protocols and frameworks (GRI, TCFD, SFDR, CSRD, ISSB), Degree or postgraduate qualification in a relevant field (e. g. Environmental Science, Finance, Data Science, Economics, Management Science) or equivalent industry experience or professional ESG certification, Data literacy, including practical understanding of data quality, lineage, and governance, Experience working within or alongside Data & Analytics functions
Nice to Have
Experience of cloud data platforms (e. g. Snowflake, Databricks), SQL/Python, Data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik), Experience with ESG data providers, Understanding of the quality and coverage limitations inherent in third-party ESG datasets, Communication and influencing skills, Ability to engage credibly across both technical teams and senior stakeholders, Experience preparing ESG reporting outputs, Project management, planning, and organisational skills, Ability to deliver in a fast-evolving environment, Maintain a focus on data integrity and professional standards

The role focuses on translating ESG regulatory requirements into practical, scalable data solutions, with a critical and immediate priority being the design and build of the firm’s Scope 3 greenhouse gas emissions reporting capability in line with GHG Protocol and PCAF standards. * The ESG Data & Reporting Lead will play a key role in developing and driving the ESG roadmap for data and analytics, ensuring regulatory deadlines, data maturity objectives, and business priorities are translated into a clear and structured delivery plan.
