Must Have
Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years of directly related experience, 3-5 years demonstrated experience in a supervisory or management role, Experience in escrow operations, Working knowledge of multi-state recording requirements, document preparation, and closing processes, Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, OneNote, Teams), Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume setting, problem-solving and customer service skills in a client-facing environment, operational and process management detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency, leadership and team management skills
Nice to Have
preference for vacation ownership, Demonstrated success leading teams in escrow, title, or transactional operations environments, Experience working in multi-state or complex transactional environments
What You'll Do.
Manage daily operating activities of escrow department
Oversee workflows related to escrow transactions
Ensure team adherence to multi-state recording requirements
Act as a point of escalation for complex transactions
and refine processes within company systems
Review workflows for compliance
Develop and coach team members
Manage work activities and operations of a large functional area
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partners with and acts as a liaison between internal teams and external clients; Collaborates with internal partners (Accounting, Developer, Customer Service, etc.); Partners with senior leadership to align departmental goals
Process & Methodology
Participates in the development and execution of operational plans
