What You'll Do.

Complete real estate escrow transactions

Determine requirements for escrow

Act as neutral liaison between parties

Adhere to company policy

Monitor and mitigate risk

Account for and disburse funds

Prepare status reports

Examine property titles

Prepare legal documents for closure

Complete closing by recording documents

Prepare and distribute closing statements
