What You'll Do.

Represent Caliber Title at events

Foster relationships with professionals

Generate opportunities for business growth

Lead and manage Escrow Officers

Oversee operational functions

Enter closing figures

Act as liaison between Realtors and lenders

Obtain Lender’s Closing Package

Respond to emails and phone calls

Handle emails and phone calls

Submit requests to Clearance Team

Review file’s supporting documentation

Enter closing figures into CD

Enter closing figures into Settlement Statement

Review title commitments

Coordinate collection of title clearance items

Review mortgage payoffs

Audit commission statements

Prepare miscellaneous documents

Print miscellaneous documents

Organize miscellaneous documents

Attend real estate closings

Facilitate real estate closings

Ensure required documents are in place

Ensure identification is in place

Ensure closing package is executed

Serve as liaison between Realtors and lenders
