Must Have
Minimum of 2+ years of relevant escrow experience required, organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail, Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, Basic understanding of accounting principles, including debits and credits, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and take initiative, Professional, dependable, and adaptable with a positive attitude, interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with clients, Willingness to continue learning industry procedures, systems, and technology

What You'll Do.
Open new escrow orders and maintain accurate transaction files.
Receive and process escrow funds and distribute receipts to appropriate parties.
Support refinance and sale transactions by: Clearing liens
Ordering payoff demands
Ordering surveys when applicable
Upload and organize documents within the electronic filing system.
Prepare funding packages
provide lender conditions
and process lender funds.
Communicate with principals
and other parties regarding transaction updates and required information.
Coordinate tasks with Central Processing Unit
and internal team members.
Thoroughly document all conversations
and updates within transaction files.
Stay current on company policies
and emerging technologies.
Support special projects and team initiatives as assigned.
Provide backup support to reception and other administrative functions as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
