Must Have
High school or equivalent diploma, Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, 3+ months of customer service experience, 3+ months Operation Call/Command Center work environment, Typing skills at 35 words per minute with high accuracy, Conversational level fluency in Portuguese

Support drivers on-road
Support customers receiving shipments
Research and troubleshoot with internal tools
Triage incidents during delivery
Resolve potential issues impacting delivery experience
Manage email communications

Provide support to other functions
Support projects tasked by Crisis Operations Manager
Support projects tasked by Assistant Crisis Operations Manager
Intake last mile emergency incidents
Intake under the roof emergency incidents
Assist in notification process of Amazon stakeholders
Assist in notification process of their stakeholders
