What You'll Do.
Support drivers on-road
Support customers receiving shipments
Research and troubleshoot with internal tools
Triage incidents during delivery
Resolve potential issues impacting driver and customer delivery
Manage email and phone communications
Provide support to other functions or projects
Intake last mile emergency incidents
Intake under the roof emergency incidents
Assist in notification process of Amazon and stakeholders
