It saves IT teams from endless manual work so they can focus on higher-impact priorities. About the role This role starts hands-on. You’ll be in the flow of daily operations, processing requests, solving issues quickly, and keeping communication tight across teams and partners. Over time, you’ll step deeper into designing better processes, tightening execution, documenting workflows, and shaping how this line of business scales. If you’re detail-obsessed, action-oriented, and motivated by making things run smoother every week, you’ll feel right at home. There’s real ownership here and plenty of room to grow. What you’ll do Operations management (60–70%) Handle the end-to-end processing of requests with accuracy, clarity, and speed. Coordinate with logistics, finance, and operations to keep everything moving without friction. Track progress, troubleshoot issues, resolve escalations, and make sure data and documentation are always up to date. Process improvement and documentation (20–30%) Spot recurring problems and turn them into practical improvements. Define and document workflows that make operations faster, cleaner, and less error-prone. Use data to understand gaps, measure performance, and drive continuous improvement. Partner management (10%) Maintain strong relationships with our partners and ensure they deliver on expectations. Monitor SLAs, quality, and reliability, and address problems early. What you bring Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. 1–2 years of experience in operations, consulting, project management, or a startup environment (internships count).
