They will serve both as a coach and as a delivery assurance partner to improve project maturity and reduce risks. The role focuses on assessing project controls to identify risks and improvement opportunities. It enables Project Leaders through targeted coaching, tools, and standardized practices. This position plays a key role in building a best-in-class project management function. * Conduct project control assessments to identify risks, provide insights, and drive delivery improvements. * Provide targeted coaching and guidance to project leaders while building delivery capability and confidence. * Develop and maintain practical tools and standards while supporting their consistent adoption across projects. * Deliver training, promote knowledge sharing, and support a collaborative project delivery community. * Identify delivery challenges, provide feedback, benchmark best practices, and drive continuous improvement. **Your Skills and Expertise** To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: * Bachelor’s
