ensure annual budgets are being met; ensure all project budgets are balanced and achieving profitability; ensure that invoices are reflected accurately as quoted to the customer; ensure job safety requirements are being met; ensure that all company-owned vehicles and equipment operate properly and safely; ensure required periodic maintenance and repairs are accomplished; ensure that project cost reporting, revenue reporting and other financial data are accurate and submitted timely

Bachelor’s degree preferred., Some positions may require a bachelor’s degree in Geology, Environmental Science or related field as required by customer contract.
What You'll Do.
Execute field service project management duties at client sites.
Ensure successful acquisition
and completion of projects.
Serve as point of contact for contractual requirements.
Ensure negotiated contractual requirements and work scopes are met.
Responsible for health and safety on all aspects of field projects.
Review field tasks and develop safety procedures.
Assess and validate individuals have appropriate training and certifications.
Ensure customer specific health and safety procedures are followed.
Escalate issues and report daily activity.
Manage resources to accomplish identified priorities.
Manage all phases of proposal preparation and submission.
Review contracts and negotiated changes prior to execution.
Perform work including scope of work development.
Develop safety plans.
Create and track purchase orders.
Monitor project spending and ensure budgets are balanced.
Coordinate proposal activities with proposal specialist.
Ensure annual budgets are being met.
Create project invoices at job completion.
Ensure invoices accurately reflect quoted scope and cost.
Contact clients to arrange payment on past due accounts.
Develop and provide data and reporting to customers.
Monitor subcontractor services for completeness or deficiencies.
Communicate to ensure job safety requirements are met.
Review and negotiate change-orders.
Propose customer solutions compliant with regulations.
Participate in marketing efforts.
Assure company-owned vehicles and equipment operate properly and safely.
Ensure required periodic maintenance and repairs are accomplished.
Ensure project cost reporting
revenue reporting and financial data are accurate.
Submit financial data timely.
