NET and troubleshooting of applications, Oracle and SQL Server (operation, performance, jobsatches), AWS (operation and connectivity), Terraform (controlled IaC changes when applicable), Power BI (consumption/reporting if client enables sources), Incident Management (L2/L3), Service Requests and recurrent operation under defined procedures, Event/Monitoring follow-up, Operational Change Management, Problem Management, Preventive/corrective maintenance, Ability to perform handover to backlog, Mentalidad “restore-first”, Rigor of evidence and closure, Teamwork type “swarm”, Orientation to stability and continuity, Bilingual support English/Spanish
