Full Job Description

At SanMar, the work you do makes a difference. Shift: 12:30PM-9:00PM Pay: $18.00 + $1.00 Shift Differential = $19.00 What's the Short Version? The Error Resolution role researches and resolves any discrepancies with shipments, locations, or product. They are responsible for quickly and accurately locating missing product to complete and ship customer orders in a timely fashion. What Will You Be Doing? • Identify and troubleshoot discrepancies with shipments, inventory and orders and adjust inventory quantities. • Maintain accurate department records. • Understand and accurately processes ship short orders. • Properly identify, correct, and record mill errors. • Review selected customer orders prior to shipping. • May be required to operate powered lift equipment. What Are We Looking For? • High School Diploma or equivalent • 1-3 years of warehouse experience is preferred • Ability to read, write and have sufficient ability to identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information • Ability to work with and keep a positive, supportive attitude towards the Company, job, customers and co-workers • May be required to complete and maintain SanMar’s Lift Operator Certification in compliance with OSHA recommendation • Demonstrates ability to follow directions and change priorities or job duties as business needs require • Excellent problem-solving skills • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills • Strong attention to detail • Ability to work in high demand, high volume environment and meet deadlines • Must have exemplary performance in regard to attendance, accuracy and productivity • Excellent organization skills; demonstrating the ability to multi-task and prioritize daily responsibilities • Comprehends verbal and written instructions • Able to work both independently and within a team • Essential days or overtime may be required What's Our Offer?
