Spindrift is headquartered in Newton, MA. **Responsibilities** We are looking for an ERP Systems Analyst to help optimize and scale the systems that power our business. Reporting to the Associate Director, IT Systems, this role will serve as a key partner to Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Customer Service, and external business partners to improve processes, strengthen integrations, and maximize the value of our NetSuite ERP platform. This role combines technical expertise, business process analysis, and systems administration. You will help drive ERP enhancements, support critical business operations, and build scalable solutions that improve efficiency across the organization. The ERP Systems Analyst’s primary responsibilities include but are not necessarily limited to: **ERP Administration & Support** * Serve as a primary administrator and subject matter expert for NetSuite ERP. * Configure and maintain workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, roles, and permissions. * Troubleshoot system issues and partner with users to identify and resolve business challenges. * Support system testing, upgrades, releases, and enhancement initiatives. * Ensure data integrity, system reliability, and adherence to governance standards. **Supply Chain &
