Job Overview: We are actively seeking a ERP Operations Test Analyst to bridge the gap between our operational teams and technology solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system functions flawlessly and aligns perfectly with day-to-day business operations. You will work closely with department heads, end-users, and the IT development team to design, execute, and manage comprehensive testing strategies for ERP upgrades, custom modifications, and new module implementations. Responsibilities: Collaborate with Product Owners: Review requirements with Product Owners. Review test plan alignment with Product Owner requirements. Audit and maintain test plans. Audit test executions. Provide direct and constructive feedback to Figma design, Jira user stories and supporting documentation. Communicate test plan risk assessments with Product Owners Be actively involved in the day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, and optimizing processes. Perform rigorous functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across various ERP modules (e.g., Supply Chain, Finance, Inventory Management, Procurement, Order Management). Coordinate and facilitate UAT sessions with operational end-users, providing guidance, documentation, and support to ensure thorough validation.
