Come build something with us!     THE ROLE Burkland Associates is looking for an ERP Implementation Specialist to join our Accounting & Finance practice. This is an individual contributor role for experienced ERP professionals who thrive on building scalable financial infrastructure for high-growth startups. You will facilitate ERP implementations, configurations, and optimizations across our client base and work closely with founders, CFOs, and internal team members. Our current core platforms include NetSuite and Rillet, with exposure to other modern finance tools across the startup tech stack. This is a unique opportunity to bring deep ERP expertise to some of the most innovative companies in software, biotech, and beyond.     YOUR TYPICAL, ATYPICAL, DAY Implementation & Configuration — Own end-to-end ERP implementations for Burkland clients, including chart of accounts design, module configuration, workflow automation, and user acceptance testing.
