Summary: The ERP Data Analyst supports and optimizes the Proshop ND -> Epicor ERP system migration within an aerospace manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for maintaining data integrity, developing reports and dashboards, and providing actionable insights to operational teams. The analyst partners closely with IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Quality, and Manufacturing to improve system utilization and enable data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate has strong manufacturing knowledge and understands aerospace compliance requirements. ## Key Responsibilities Serve as a subject matter expert for Epicor ERP data structures, system architecture, tables, and core business processes, ensuring alignment with operational workflows. Maintain and proactively monitor data integrity across Manufacturing, Inventory, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, and Engineering modules, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and traceability. Support and troubleshoot ERP transactions related to work orders, routings, bills of materials (BOMs), labor reporting, inventory movements, purchasing activities, and product costing. Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies by performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Develop, maintain, and automate Epicor BAQs, dashboards, reports, and KPIs to improve visibility into operational and financial performance. Provide accurate and timely operational
