Must Have

INOPS ER team is part of the Global Employee Relations vertical within Amazon, and works closely with the Field People eXperience and Technology (PXT / HR) teams and Operations teams in advising and enabling them to provide a seamless employee and associate experience. Our network of drivers and delivery service providers is growing rapidly, and to support this growth we are looking forward to ER Specialists to join the Employee Relations team. We are looking for candidates with who possess communication and interpersonal skills that let them communicate with ease, across levels from shop floor employees to senior leaders. The role will set in motion and numerous programs that develop and nurture a positive work environment, and advancing our work towards being the earth’s best employer. The central objective of this role is to ensure we sustain positive ER climate at our buildings and ensure fair, respectful, and consistent experience for people. The individual will be responsible to drive agenda of creating a positive driver relations climate that supports safety, capability, engagement and a high performance, customer-obsessed culture. The candidate will possess the ability to complete high volumes of tasks with minimal guidance or supervision and deadline sensitivity. You'll operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to building scalable mechanisms that strengthen the driver experience across Amazon India's last-mile network.
