What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of securities markets/equity finance experience, 3+ years EMEA Delta One trading experience in the Synthetic Prime space is required, understanding and knowledge of equity market and equity swap mechanics

What You'll Do.
Support daily trading activities for equity swaps
and monitoring of trades across client portfolios.
Assist in managing the swaps trading book
ensuring positions are aligned with risk limits and market conditions.
Ensure swap bookings align with client allocations
dividends and corporate actions are processed accurately
and resets performed correctly.
Monitor and reconcile P&L and risk exposures
ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.
Contribute to product development efforts
including testing new features
gathering client feedback
and refining the swaps offering.
Analyze market trends and client behavior to identify ways to better service clients.
Support senior traders in strategic initiatives
including liquidity management
and business growth planning.
