This is an exciting opportunity to become a key stakeholder in the execution of systematic, model-driven equity flow! You will be responsible for designing and overseeing our algo trading by evaluating execution venue results and working directly with counterparties on their execution results. In this role your primary responsibility will be for algo trading, but you will also play a critical role as the backup for our high touch traders. **The Expertise and Skills You Bring** Your strong analytical capabilities and deep familiarity with transaction cost analysis (TCA) methodologies will be crucial for success. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of equity market structure and hands-on experience with Execution Management Systems (EMS) workflows. You should be comfortable using data to make decisions and are adept at owning execution outcomes at scale. We prefer candidates with at least 5 years of experience in equity electronic trading that have worked directly with systematic order flow. While you will operate independently, you will also be a strong collaborator and team player and bring unique insights to our team.
