What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience in technical writing, process documentation, or related field (eg, engineering, operations, or compliance documentation), 3+ years of experience working with structured documentation such as Business Process Instructions, Business Process Guides, User Guides or similar process content, 3+ years of experience demonstrating abilities to interpret and document process flows, procedures, or system interactions, 3+ years of experience participating in document reviews, resolving comments, and incorporating stakeholder feedback, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into clear, usable documentation

Equipment & Tool Engineering Product Data Mgmt Specialist **Company:** The Boeing Company We are seeking a Technical Content Specialist to support tooling standards, Business Process Instructions (BPIs), Business Process Guides (BPGs), and Supplemental Writings (SWs). This role will support a refresh effort of tooling BPGs and SW architecture and provide ongoing sustaining support for documentation tied to the Production Asset Lifecycle. **_Primary Responsibilities:_** * Lead development and maintenance of Tooling BPGs and future-state SW/document architecture. * Map process flows and integrate SWs under Production Asset Lifecycle BPIs; apply 4C (Change, Consolidate, Cancel, Create) to reduce redundancy. * Host stakeholder meetings, manage reviews, resolve comments, and drive consensus across functions. * Drive solutions for documentation issues—coordinate with Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, PSO, and other stakeholders to implement changes. * Produce clear, concise technical content (BPGs, BPIs, UGs, process writings) that is easy to use and traceable to lifecycle BPIs. * Review and reorganize E&TE and GREF-owned writings for integration into the new architecture. * Develop and execute internal/external communications to collect feedback and publish updates. * Own alignment to One Boeing Equipment & Tooling standards and enterprise document compliance efforts. **_Work Authorization:_** This position is expected to be 100% onsite.
