In this role, you will maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the performance of diffusion furnaces and wet sink equipment to ensure high availability and reliable production output. You will work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to minimize downtime, execute continuous improvement initiatives, and uphold safety and quality standards. **Responsibilities** * Follow all cleanroom, safety, and Lockout/Tagout procedures. * Monitor and assess equipment performance within the assigned module. * Perform preventive, corrective, and diagnostic maintenance with emphasis on root cause resolution. * Develop and execute model-based troubleshooting plans for extended tool downtime. * Analyze tool performance data, identify trends, and execute improvement activities. * Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) to evaluate tool health and detect process deviations. * Maintain an organized workspace following 5S principles. * Acc
