Equipment project execution that is profitable, accurate, on-time, within the scope of the contract and in alignment with customer expectations.; Maximize appropriate additional change orders.; Ensure timely release of equipment.; Ensure Johnson Controls receives payment in full.

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer skills experience to include: Microsoft Office suite, (with emphasis on Word, Excel and Visio) Adobe Writer, and basic Windows operating system environment., Ability to work independently and as part of a team., organizational skills with attention to detail., Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external customers., Demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage a large and diverse number of projects with professionalism, cooperation, and persistence., US citizen and/or Permanent Resident of the US.

Support construction sales team
Assist with pre and post sales activities

Select HVAC equipment
Provide application and pricing
Execute equipment projects profitably
Provide detailed engineering information
Develop customer business case
Support detailed estimating
Validate proposal assumptions
Build detailed cost estimate
Prepare proposals and quote letters
Become basis of design
Manage project Profit and Loss
Manage backlog execution
Interpret engineering drawings
Generate engineered equipment submittals
Coordinate fan selection
Verify chiller performance
Evaluate contractual scope
Maximize additional change orders
Coordinate factory equipment order
Generate technical content
Select and order materials
Track material delivery
Coordinate shipping processes
Communicate project progress
Review vendor invoices
Coordinate post shipment services
Ensure project documentation compliance
Answer application questions
Develop customer relationships
Attend job progress meetings
Coordinate customer training
Address billing issues
