Full Job Description

We are searching for an experienced and motivated Equipment Support Specialist to join our great team and help us in continuing development. Job Responsibilities * Installation, maintenance, repair of tables and their equipment * Installation of electronic equipment, assembling and dismantling works * Strong record-keeping and data analysis * Innovative approach to improvement of any related process or activity * The responsibility for day-to-day security operations requirements at a location, including but not limited to biometrics audits, floor walks, conducting investigations into local security breaches and escalating to a Physical Security Lead, preparing reports and escalating cases in JIRA or emails, ensuring all departments have latest security requirements information, etc. * Manage communication and external services provided in terms of gaming equipment * Perform other duties, as asked by the manager, which are related to this position and which meet the qualifications; ## Qualifications * Microsoft Windows maintenance * Basic Microsoft Server maintenance * Good computer hardware knowledge installation and troubleshooting with an understanding of network architectures. * Previous IT and/or technical background * Handy with common tools * An understanding of electronics and technical principles. * Photography or lightning experience is not required but beneficial * A high sense of responsibility and the ability to work in a team as well as alone and unsupervised. * Be a Multi-tasker, have team spirit * Ability to plan and forecast effectively * Great problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
