T1 Energy is bringing solar manufacturing back to the U.S. by building a domestic solar supply chain. Our mission is to invigorate America with scalable, reliable, and low-cost energy. Our fully operational 5GW solar module facility in Wilmer, Texas, can manufacture more than 20,000 modules every 24 hours. The Role T1 Energy is looking to hire an Equipment Supervisor who is responsible for overseeing day-to-day maintenance and equipment support activities within a 24/7 manufacturing environment. This role supports the performance and reliability of production equipment by leading maintenance technicians and ensuring safe, timely, and effective execution of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. Reporting to the Equipment Manager, the Equipment Supervisor focuses on shift-level execution, work order management, safety compliance (including LOTO), and team coordination. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who ensures accountability, maintains high safety standards, and drives continuous improvement in equipment uptime and maintenance discipline.   What You'll Do Daily Maintenance Execution - Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities across assigned shifts. Ensure timely response to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime. CMMS & Work Order Management - Ensure accurate use of the CMMS. Review, assign, and close work orders with proper documentation. Monitor preventive maintenance compliance and backlog control. Equipment Reliability Support - Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Track downtime trends and participate in root cause analysis. Safety & LOTO Governance - Promote a safety-first culture. Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and enforc
