People who’ll bring new perspectives, solve tough problems, and thrive as part of a team.  If that’s you and this role fits, we want to hear from you. ## What you'll do Brainstorm, trial, and implement continuous improvement projects to reduce build hours & defects Work within a multi-disciplinary team of manufacturing engineers, equipment engineers, and technicians to develop and qualify new manufacturing techniques and processes Document manufacturing systems downtime for frequency and duration. Troubleshoot and resolve downtime with a focus on continuous improvement Design, build, and commission electromechanical equipment and tooling for process and/or efficiency improvements Write and update process work instructions Troubleshoot and resolve nonconformances and production blockers Perform R&D and prototype hardware builds with minimal documentation and oversight. Use various mechanical and precision calibrated tools such as torque wrenches, micrometers, calipers, and hand tools Execute rapid prototyping using CAD / 3D Printing / ordering machined components Identify and address robot limit/excess travel issues; confidently use the pendant to safely reposition robots and make minor path adjustments with remote engineering support as needed Determine root cause for failures and propose changes with engineers on the team ## What we're looking for Mini
