Must Have
mechanical and electrical assembly, manufacturing environment, hand tools, Electro-mechanical system troubleshooting, MS Office products, safety and quality, business/process improvement opportunities, team performance metrics, fast-paced, startup environment, communication (written and verbal), teamwork skills, CAD software (3D or 2D electrical), Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, Perform activities such as typing, standing, stooping, and sitting, for extended periods of time, Dedication to safety, Willingness to occasionally travel or work required nights/weekends/on-call
Nice to Have
Associate degree in Engineering related field or higher, lean manufacturing, 5S, Six Sigma principles, manufacturing equipment development, Electro-mechanical system design, Electro-mechanical system maintenance, read and redline electrical drawings, good wiring practices, schematics, PLC inputs/output/sensors, basic understanding of programming logic, represent the Company in a positive and professional manner

If that’s you and this role fits, we want to hear from you. ## What you'll do Brainstorm, trial, and implement continuous improvement projects to reduce build hours & defects Work within a multi-disciplinary team of manufacturing engineers, equipment engineers, and technicians to develop and qualify new manufacturing techniques and processes Document manufacturing systems downtime for frequency and duration. Troubleshoot and resolve downtime with a focus on continuous improvement Design, build, and commission electromechanical equipment and tooling for process and/or efficiency improvements Write and update process work instructions Troubleshoot and resolve nonconformances and production blockers Perform R&D and prototype hardware builds with minimal documentation and oversight. Use various mechanical and precision calibrated tools such as torque wrenches, micrometers, calipers, and hand tools Execute rapid prototyping using CAD / 3D Printing / ordering machined components Identify and address robot limit/excess travel issues; confidently use the pendant to safely reposition robots and make minor path adjustments with remote engineering support as needed Determine root cause for failures and propose changes with engineers on the team ## What we're looking for Mini
