Operate manufacturing equipment
Participate in equipment changeovers
Monitor processes for quality
Remove defective product
Conduct on-the-job training
Participate in self-directed work
Maintain equipment and cleanliness
Maintain open communication
Maintain records and documentation
Determine cause of quality issues
Perform Process Control Operator duties
Work overtime as required
Participate in Continuous Improvement activities
Comply with safety regulations
Comply with quality policies
Perform other duties as assigned
