What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, aerospace, systems, or manufacturing engineering, 1+ years of experience in an engineering role in manufacturing, integration, reliability, technical program management, and/or operations

Nice to Have

Advanced degrees in engineering with reliability analysis experience through research and/or internships, 2+ years of experience in a maintenance engineering role and reliability in a high-volume manufacturing, testing, or operational environment, Hands-on experience with equipment control systems, machinery, and industrial automation, Developed understanding of mechanical, fluid, and electrical components, Ability to read and understand equipment schematics and OEM manuals, Experience in using probability and statistical tools and methods, Demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving skills, Detail-oriented, organized, and able to demonstrate a high sense of urgency, Experience working with CMMS programs such as Maximo, SAP, Infor, etc., Certified reliability engineer (CRE)

Provide technical support to maintenance

Prevent and mitigate operational issues

Ensure reliability and sustainability of installations

Guide efforts for consistency and maintainability

Own equipment improvement plans

Develop preventative maintenance strategies

Minimize production downtime

and refine asset maintenance plan

Implement value-added preventive maintenance tasks

Minimize high-cost low-value repairs

Utilize predictive testing methodologies

Utilize non-destructive testing methodologies

Prepare asset documentation package

Develop engineering solutions to repetitive failures

Develop engineering solutions to equipment-specific problems

Perform analyses of assets

Manage production requests for asset improvement

Manage production requests for control functions

Manage production requests for data collection

Apply value analysis to repair/replace decisions

Apply value analysis to repair/redesign decisions

Apply value analysis to make/buy decisions
