Must Have
BS in Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing engineering or equivalent, Manufacturing maintenance experience totaling 3 to 5 years, At least 2 years working directly with a CMMS system including configuring new assets therein, Knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance tools and world class asset care, Proven track record of engineering and maintenance with the ability to apply engineering and problem-solving skills, Ability to prioritize and multi-task under continuously changing business priorities, Demonstrated leadership in the deployment of reliability engineering best practices within a complex manufacturing operation, Experience in implementing reliability initiatives in an automated manufacturing facility

This role provides technical leadership for inputs, data structure, and reports & analysis within the Corrective Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and other systems used to calculate OEE, Downtime, Line & Machine Utilization metrics. The role will work closely across functions including Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance to champion projects to improve equipment availability & performance. Reliability analyses with recommendations to senior management are a key part of this role as part of continuous improvement.
