Diploma Level Education with excellent written and verbal communications skills, English as first or second language desirable, minimum of 3 years’ experience working with systems and processes (airline catering, stores, warehouse), Ability to manage multiple projects at one time and manage shifting priorities, Expertise of Microsoft applications along with Web and Internet software is required, Knowledge of spreadsheet software to prepare analysis statistics etc., Good understanding of inventory and logistics processes, data entry knowledge with in-depth knowledge of equipment and goods inventory systems or manual handling, Understanding of logistics network and product

What You'll Do.

Assist Equipment Planning Manager with current day to day planning of inventory requirement/forecasts as per the category matrix for onboard & lounge products and service equipment.

Support current business practices in regard to planning of all inventories and stock rotation requirements & procedures.

Support the build – operate – transfer process for the inventory push module and data entry

from development of all stock item data

aircraft inventories and monthly stock takes.

Coordinate the development of ongoing processes to suit EY business – equipment planning practices within the new module – for data entry

equipment changes update in the systems

day to day communication and responsibilities with the warehouse planners and procurement.

Establish forecasts in liaison with Planning officers to ensure adequate and optimum stock levels is always maintained in the distribution plant ensuring catering onboard loading is not affected by lack of inventory supplies within the network.

Facilitate Inventory risk evaluation

risk mitigation proposals (communication of inventory risk reports and substitution reports) with all internal stakeholders about equipment stock

fine tuning injection rates and stock holding factors.

Coordinate Equipment Tender process and any business changes impacting equipment usages for all onboard product and service equipment.

Track equipment usages and monitor attrition rates for recalculation as per demand planning ensuring updated forecast is always maintained in the system for efficient supply chain process.

This includes deliveries into/from stores of EY catering inventory lines through inventory planning & distribution.
