What You'll Achieve.
Ensures compliance with Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Amentum ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS); Consistently observes and enforces all USAF and Host nation explosive safety, AFOSH and security standards during all explosives and non-explosives operations in assigned sites and temporary duty locations; Takes necessary control and timely response actions in the event of an emergency; Conducts all munitions work according to established quality processes; Performs munitions storage actions according to the stringent explosives' standards; Prepares and configures munitions shipments for air, sea and surface transportation; Uploads/downloads trucks with incoming and outgoing munitions shipments and transports them to/from flightline holding areas, along with transporting munitions to support daily operations within the department; Assists in inspecting munitions in accordance with 11A-1-10 and applicable technical orders; Assists in inspecting munitions brass, residue and containers accordance with 11A-1-60; Inspects, operates and performs preventative maintenance on MMHE; Inspects and operates metal strapping equipment, stencil machines, heat sealers, pneumatic paint guns, air compressors and power tools; Cleans vehicles, equipment and facilities; Prepares and delivers general and explosives safety briefings pertaining to all MMHE; Performs entry-controller duties as required; Works necessary hours, to include stand-by duties, to support mission requirements during peacetime and combat contingencies; Escort and inspect serviceability of Sub-Contractor Vehicles and Equipment in support of Munitions Movements

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret US Government Clearance, US Citizenship is required to obtain Secret Clearance, Will be required to wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) according to prescribed procedures and as required for task being performed, Physically capable of performing all required capable of lifting/pulling minimum of 50 lbs. and performing extensive work handling/lifting equipment, Ability to travel domestically and internationally, Works necessary hours, to include stand-by duties, to support mission requirements during peacetime and combat contingencies, may be required to work outdoors for extended periods
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
basic knowledge of or be able to learn the USAF Supply and Tech Order systems, basic knowledge in the use of personal computers and Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office to include as a minimum Excel and Word programs, extensive knowledge of properly securing flatbed trailer loads and material handling equipment operations, valid home country driver's license and ability to obtain host nation driver's license to include Tractor, Trailer, Forklift and Container Handlers of all types, current USDOT Class A commercial driver's license or Host Nation equivalent, four years' experience in Heavy Equipment Operations, able to obtain and maintain a Secret US Government Clearance, US Citizenship is required to obtain Secret Clearance, required to wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) according to prescribed procedures and as required for task being performed, Physically capable of performing all required capable of lifting/pulling minimum of 50 lbs. and performing extensive work handling/lifting equipment, Ability to travel domestically and internationally, normal color perception and depth of vision
