Experience with AMAT platforms, Experience with ULVAC platforms, Experience with Lam Research platforms, Advanced troubleshooting experience, Advanced diagnostics experience, Tool ownership experience, Associate's degree in a technical field, Bachelor's degree in a technical field, Equivalent experience to degree
