This role ensures that SMT and through-hole processes are properly implemented, optimized, and capable of meeting quality, yield, and cycle time targets during pilot builds and ramp-up phases._ _The technician works closely with cross-functional teams including Process Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Design to troubleshoot issues, implement process improvements, and ensure smooth transition from NPI to mass production. Key responsibilities include machine setup, parameter optimization (e.g., stencil printing, pick-and-place, reflow), defect analysis, and documentation control._ _The position requires strong hands-on experience with SMT equipment, the ability to interpret technical documentation (BOMs, Gerbers, drawings), and proficiency in problem-solving methodologies.
