Must Have
Knowledge of company policies and procedures, Able to read, write and communicate in English, Effectively communicate with technical support services, Troubleshoot all failures that are detectable at the IO level, Basic mathematics, Understanding of safety practices requirements, Personal computer operation in a Windows environment (Excel, Word and PowerPoint and e-mail), Zero (0) to Three (3) years prior work experience in electro-mechanical equipment in a manufacturing environment required, Comply and follow all procedures within the company safety and security policy

Associates degree in electronics with emphasis in servo positioning theory or equivalent discipline
What You'll Do.
Train and coordinates activities of machine operators or technicians
Understand fundamentals of sensors
and Cam driven machines
Troubleshoot to make electrical and mechanical precision adjustments
Monitor the machines for scrap and general machine issues
Troubleshoot to determine problems in non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment
repairs and assembles equipment
Use test equipment to perform equipment diagnostics
Rebuilds manufacturing equipment as required
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance
Document maintenance as per CGMP requirement
Assist in the movement and installation of equipment
May be required to source equipment parts
May be required to work overtime or be on-call

Able to recognize the occasional need to deviate from accepted practice to resolve problem. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** Follows established procedures on routine assignments; receives instructions on new assignments; completing assignments the following areas: * Train and coordinates activities of machine operators or technicians in the maintenance of production equipment. * Understand fundamentals of sensors, air cylinders, and Cam driven machines * Troubleshoot to make electrical and mechanical precision adjustments on equipment and auxiliary support equipment such as ultrasonic welders and offset printers. * Monitor the machines for scrap and general machine issues. * Communicate with multiple departments in a professional, positive, team-oriented manner * Troubleshoot to determine problems in non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process. * Dismantle, adjusts, repairs and assembles equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manual, rough sketches or drawings. * Use test equipment to perform equipment diagnostics. * Rebuilds manufacturing equipment as required. * Perform scheduled preventive maintenance.
