Equipment Maintenance Specialist **Company:** The Boeing Company **Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)** is seeking an **Equipment Maintenance Specialist** to join the **Facilities & Equipment Maintenance** team located in **Helena, Montana**. Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels, including Associate, Mid-Level, and Senior Equipment Maintenance Specialist. This position is a weekend shift, working Friday - Sunday from 5:30 AM to 6:00 PM. The successful candidate will have a background in equipment maintenance and a strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the optimal performance of CNC equipment with Fanuc and Siemens controls. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, where you will perform essential maintenance and troubleshooting tasks that support our production goals. If you are passionate about keeping machinery running at peak performance and thrive under general supervision, we invite you to apply and contribute to our commitment to excellence in manufacturing. **Position Responsibilities:** * Works under general supervision with understanding of the job * Performs maintenance on factory equipment * Troubleshoots, analyzes, inspects, disassembles, rebuilds, modifies and tests factory machinery and equipment as necessary using knowledge in areas such as mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics * Assists with interpreting blueprints and schematics to maintain and repair equipment * Responds to requests for equipment repair * Identifies and requests component and replacement part inventories **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):** * 1+ years of experience maintaining, repairing, and conducting preventive maintenance on commercial mechanical systems * 1+ years of experience interpreting commercial technical data including drawings, maintenance and operations manuals * 1+ years of experience working with va
