Equipment Maintenance Specialist **Company:** The Boeing Company **Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)** is seeking a **Equipment Maintenance Specialist (Level B)** to support our **Production Equipment Maintenance Team** in **North Charleston, South Carolina** on **variable shifts, including nights and weekends.** **_Position Responsibilities_ :** * Performs maintenance on factory equipment. * Troubleshoots, analyzes, inspects, disassembles, rebuilds, modifies and tests factory machinery and equipment as necessary using knowledge in areas such as mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics. * Uses and interprets advanced blueprints and schematics to maintain and repair equipment. * Responds to requests for equipment repair. * Maintains and manages component and replacement part inventories. * Works under limited supervision. **This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options**. **_Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):_** * 1+ years of experience in equipment maintenance. * 1+ years of experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications (e.g., blueprint/schematic reading, specification, change, design) * 1+ years of experience working with Digital Volt Meters (DVM), Oscilloscopes, AC/DC Power supplies, Frequency Generators, and/or Power Meters * 1+ years of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and Outlook) * Must be willing and able to work a variable shift. **_Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):_** * Experience using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) * 3+ years of experience in equipment maintenance * 3+ years of experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications (e.g., blueprint/schematic reading, specification, change, design) * 3+ years of experience working with Digital Volt Meters (DVM), Oscilloscopes, AC/DC Power supplies, Frequency Generators
