We are seeking an experienced and hands-on EMR (Equipment, Maintenance & Repair) Specialist to join our Operations & Logistics team in a pivotal technical and training-focused role-supporting operations across the Pacific. Reporting to the Technical Manager, this role combines deep technical expertise in Equipment Maintenance & Repair (EMR) with frontline coaching, operational training, auditing, and continuous improvement. You will play a critical role in lifting operational capability, improving repair decision quality, strengthening safety outcomes, and embedding consistent standards across multiple sites. This is an opportunity for a highly experienced M&R professional who enjoys being close to operations, influencing teams, and driving meaningful improvement across safety, quality, and commercial performance. Int his role, you will: * Approve container repair estimates and validate repair scope, cost, and quality outcomes * Deliver practical, high-impact operational training across multiple sites * Develop and embed SOPs, training frameworks, and assessment programmes * Conduct audits, site observations, and operational assessments * Identify trends, capability gaps, and improvement opp
