Must Have

Bachelor’s degree completed, Advanced English, 5+ years of experience as a Maintenance Manager, SMT equipment platforms, Screen printer: DEK, SPI, AOI: Ko Young, SMT Pick and Place: ASM, Wave solder: Electrovert, Experience in PCBA manufacturing

What You'll Do.

Directs personnel troubleshooting

Attain goals consistent with cost

Manage spare parts control

Responsible for 6s of SMT lines

Maximize equipment utilization and support production

Establishes preventative maintenance schedules

Forecasts operating costs of department

Reviews and establishes resource requirements

Coordinates maintenance activities with other groups

Selects and develops personnel

Administer safety programs

Generates maintenance logs and metrics

Implement next-generation SMT quality control
